As of July 1, 2025, Júlio César Bueno shall be assuming the role of Chief Legal Officer and Executive Director of the Legal Department at Bradesco Bank. Bradesco is the second-largest financial institution in Brazil, with operations in the United States, Europe, and Asia. It also holds one of the largest portfolios of infrastructure financing in Latin America.

Prior to this, Júlio César Bueno was a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados since 2001. He was based in São Paulo and developed considerable national and international experience focusing on the practice of construction law and engineering contracts (including the use of FIDIC and NEC standard forms), project finance, public procurement, crisis management, as well on dispute resolution (arbitrations, mediations and dispute boards).
