Julian Bailey is a solicitor and partner at Jones Day, London, where he practises construction law on an international scale.  He was Chairman of the Society of Construction Law UK in 2015-2016, and is a Visiting Professor of Law at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London.  He is the author of “Construction Law” (4^th ed, 2024).
