Founded in 2013, the Academy brings together pre-eminent construction law jurists, academics, and practitioners from around the world. The purpose of the Academy is to explore developments in construction law in both the civil and common law systems and to exchange ideas about how projects can be delivered more efficiently and any disputes resolved as quickly and cheaply as possible (including use of best practice in international arbitration and court systems in various jurisdictions).
